CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customer may notify us of a regular 13×13 bounce house cancellation 5 business days prior to event scheduled date. If not, cancellation fee for regular 13x 13 bounce house is $30.00.
Customers must cancel their: tent, full face inflatable combos, waterslides, full face toddler play areas, obstacle courses and inflatable combos at least two weeks before the event date to avoid 50% cancellation fee.
We charge a $25.00 refund processing fee for cancelled orders.
Customer MUST Contact our office PRIOR to delivery for Same day Cancellation.
Rental fee is Non Refundable for same day cancellations BUT (as long as customer contacts our office Early in the morning, BEFORE driver arrives to delivery location) Customer will be able to reschedule event within 6 months from original delivery date.
Same day Cancellation of ANY of our Equipment and/or Services when not postponed in the early morning, will be 50 % of the total rental fee.
Bounce house attendant fee is NON REFUNDABLE if not cancelled 7 days before event.
REFUND:
Any refund due, for any reason, will be returned to the credit card used for the deposit when the order was placed. If the refund amount is greater than the initial credit card refund, the customer will receive a check for the remaining balance within 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:
If customers do not use equipment rented such as concession machines: pop corn – cotton candy- or other machines, chairs, tables, inflatables: due to rain or any other reason, there is NO Refund NOR Credit.
