Methods of payment.
We accept all major credit cards. A 20% deposit is required to place an order.
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, customers must cancel their order 5 business days before the event for regular bounce houses and 2 weeks before for all other inflatables and tents.
Customers who cancel within the specified timeframe will only pay a $25.00 cancellation processing fee.
Rules to follow during the use of the unit
1.Participants of compatible ages and sizes may play in the unit simultaneously. Adults are not allowed in the unit.
2.All participants must remove shoes, glasses and any other sharp objects before entering the Unit.
3.Flips are not allowed in the unit to prevent neck and back injuries. If the unit is an inflatable slide, participants must not jump from the platform into the sliding area.
4.Adult supervision is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED when participants are in the Unit. The Lessee shall be responsible for the supervision of all participants while they are in the Unit. The safety of all participants shall be the Lessee’s sole responsibility.
5.Shoes, food, drinks, gum, cigarettes, confetti, sharp objects, rough play, flips, hanging from nets, or jewelry are not allowed in the unit.
It is the Lessee’s responsibility to keep the Unit clean and free from any type of debris.
Face paints, party poppers, or silly string should not be used on or near the inflatable, as they can cause irreparable damage.
Barbecuing near the inflatable is not allowed.
PLEASE NOTE: products above mentioned will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired.
Customer will be held responsible for any damage caused to our equipment and shall pay Lessor the full fair market value of the Unit
Pets and toys are not allowed in the unit
6.The Unit must not be moved from the location of installation. If the unit accidentally moves, all participants must be removed and the unit returned to the installation location.
The unit must never be removed from the address specified on the rental agreement
7.Participants must be kept away from the blower used to inflate the unit. If the blower accidentally turns off, all participants must be removed, and the blower turned back on. Participants should not re-enter the unit until it is fully inflated
8.All the Units are equipped with a zipper designed for quick deflation of the Unit at the time of pick up.
Do not allow any participants to open the zipper. In the event that the zipper has been opened, remove all participants from the Unit and close the zipper. Do not allow any participant to re-enter the Unit until Unit has been fully inflated.
9.The unit and the blower must be kept at least 15 feet away from swimming pools and other water sources.
10.Participants should not jump while holding onto the netting on the unit.
11.Lessee is responsible for the safe return of the Unit. If the unit is not safely returned, the lessee must pay the lessor its full fair market value.
12.In no event will Lessor be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character arising out of or in connection with the use of the Unit, including, without limitation, any damages arising out of personal injuries while using the Unit.
13.The Lessee shall have full responsibility of the Unit’s operation, including , but not limited to supervision of the participants in the Unit.
Lessor and its officers, employees and agents shall not be responsible for any injuries occurred during the use of the Unit. Lessee further agrees to hold the Lesser and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claim , the Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from and against any costs incurred due to claims arising out of or in connection with the use and safe return of the Unit.
14.TENTS are TEMPORARY shelters and require evacuation during extreme weather.
Tents are made of water-resistant materials, but they are not guaranteed waterproof.
15.Fantasy Party Rental IS NOT responsible for tree, shrub or grass damage caused by delivery or installation nor for damages to underground sprinkler systems, water, gas, or electrical lines.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In the unlikely event that the Unit begins to deflate while in operation, first remove all participants from the Unit, then check the following:
1.Check if the motor has stopped; if so, check the cord connection at the outlet, using no more than a 50-foot extension cord.
2.If the motor continues to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage and check both tubes at the back of the unit for snugness, re-tying if necessary.
3.Ensure that the zipper(s) on the unit are fully closed.
4.If the problem cannot be corrected, call the lessor immediately.
DELIVERY
1.Set up and take down of tables and chairs will incur an additional fee; customers must arrange this service before delivery if desired
2.All rental rates are based on a ground floor level or backyard -within a reasonable distance of the loading area- delivery and pick up during normal working hours. For deliveries after normal hours call for availability and additional costs.
3.Customers must re-stack all rental equipment in one area at pickup time. Additional fees apply if driver needs to collect the equipment.
4.The lessee must be available at delivery time to verify all rental equipment, sign the rental agreement, and provide a government-issued ID.
5.RETAKING OF EQUIPMENT.
If Customer fails to return all rented items upon agreed time, Customer agrees to pay for all additional charges.
If Customer refuses to return rented items, Customer agrees that Fantasy Party Rental and its agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process.
Customer authorizes Fantasy Party Rental´s employees to enter delivery location to recover all rented items.
If Delivery of equipment takes place at a Park, Club house or any other Open Area, Fantasy Party Rental will work on driver´s schedule and will make all possible effort to deliver and pick up items at agreed party start and end time. In the event of an Unexpected delay from driver at time of pick up, Customer agrees to stay at delivery location until driver arrives.
The customer understands that they are fully responsible for rented items until they are returned to our company employees.
